"Grand Action Regulation" with Eric Schandall - Seattle P.T.G. Convention

Eric Schandall is a veteran instructor from Steinway and while he no longer works for Steinway in NewYork, you can still catch him giving out his wisdom at conventions.

For 2 class periods Eric talked about the Steinway way of grand action regulation. He talked mostly about his recent experiences with Hamburg Steinway factory technicians and how amazingly precise they were. A real highlight of his class included a short video of a Hamburg technician installing new backchecks.

It's always great to see such a legendary technician in person.
